The site is written by Matt Bush in Shrewsbury, Pennsylvania. I read everything, and I answer what I can. A few honest notes about what to expect.
Good reasons to write
- Something on the site is wrong. This is the most useful email you can send. If a figure is out of date, a step no longer matches what you see on screen, or a link is dead, tell me and I will fix it.
- Something is unclear. If an explanation did not land, that is worth knowing — it usually means the page needs rewriting.
- A topic is missing. If you came here looking for something and it was not covered, say so.
What I cannot do
- I cannot give you financial advice. I am not licensed to, and I do not know your circumstances. I cannot tell you whether to buy crypto, how much, or when.
- I cannot recover lost or stolen cryptocurrency — and neither can anyone who emails you claiming they can. If you have been scammed, start with our guide on how to report a crypto scam, and please read the section on recovery scams before paying anybody who offers to get your money back.
- I cannot help with your exchange account. If you are locked out of Coinbase or another platform, only that company can help you. Be careful searching for support numbers — fake ones are a common scam.
